Ralph Willmann has 6 years experience working as a coach, trainer and seminar leader. His primary field of activity centres around leadership and innovation training, whereby he playfully integrates elements from psycho drama and improvisation theatre techniques.

Ralph supports teambuilding processes and change management projects along with conducting group and individual coaching. Apart from coaching, he is trained in Systemic Organizational Consulting, Systemic Phenomenological Constellation, EFT, NLP and Enneagrams.

He has been implementing analytic processes at international High Potential Assessment Centres, among others corporations such as Siemens, Infineon and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Before joining Launch Institute, Ralph completed his drama studies in the early eighties and has received training in various cities including New York and Los Angeles. He can look back on 25 years in acting. He founded the actors’ studio “Actors Place” in Munich in 1997 and began directing. Since then he has been working for film and TV productions on a regular basis. Nearly a decade ago, his work as a director with multiple teams eventually led the way to his professional engagement in coaching. Ralph became a member of the improvisation theatre “TatWort” in Munich and is responsible for the department business theatre and training.
