Felipe is a Managing Director for Latin America and has dedicated his last five years doing management consulting and founding 2 successful companies.

He has worked in leading consulting firms managing projects specializing in strategy definition as well as strategy alignment with key business processes. He has helped numerous companies redesign their current business model, contributing to achieve their growth goals while delivering an average return over the invested capital above 5 to 1 in his projects.

His diverse experience ranges in different industries such as Cruise Ship and Cargo, Air Cargo, Industrial Manufacturing and Consumer Products. Other than working in Colombia, his work has taken him to several Caribbean Islands including Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic.
