Juan Martín is a Managing Director for Latin America, and has dedicated his whole career to business and information technology consulting. He has also founded and developed three successful companies.

His experiences are centered on project management and change management to achieve growth and capitalize on new technologies and ideas. He has helped companies scout for new technologies, redesign business models and implement them to achieve higher performance and corporate growth. He has worked in all of the Andean countries and has deep understanding of the culture and markets of Latin America.

He has managed projects in professional services, telecommunications industrial manufacturing and food industries.
