Thomas is Managing Director, Europe and has worked more than twelve years in management consulting. He worked four years as a senior consultant at CSC Index and several years in the consulting practices of major accounting companies.
His experiences are centered around innovation and the power of social interaction in organizations. He worked with leading companies in the areas of innovation strategy, market sensing, idea generation and concept development. Thomas has also spent several years helping clients to reinvent themselves through innovative business model redesign. Thereby he developed a strong background in conducting organization-wide change projects.
Besides working in Europe and the USA, his engagements also led him to emerging countries like China and India, where he helped clients find new business growth through empathic market sensing. He has served major companies in aerospace, cargo, utilities, telecommunications, automotive, industrial goods, and engineering industry. He is the author of “Business Process Reengineering,” published in 1995. |
