Taking time-to-market to the next level

Addressing tough challenges is best done by creating an atmosphere of playfulness. In this Innovation Forum we use a compelling board game to stimulate discussion.

Companies have become very sophisticated when it comes to product development and project management training and tools. Still there is a lot of pressure to further improve project performance. And despite these efforts often too many projects do not meet their original goals.

How do we further increase project management performance?

Moving to the next level of project management entails the simultaneous improvement of time, quality and cost.

In this Innovation Forum we are going to explore the challenges surrounding project management. Our focus is very much on the dynamic aspects of project development and complex interdependencies. Our goal is to discuss together with participants:

• Where are important leverage points?
• In which areas can project performance be improved with minimum investment?

To stimulate discussion we will explore characteristic project dynamics by using a powerful board game on project management.
