Challenge: Eaton Corporation is a $11 Billion diversified industrial. It recognized several of its business units portfolios were unbalanced and lacked dynamic growth bets.
Solution: Launch Institute worked with Eaton Corporation to establish a working process, toolkit and templates to enable them to achieve self-sufficiency in creating organic growth.
Through the development of Market Sensing programs, Creation events (such as Summits and Design Bursts), and Value Capture approaches Eaton now has an ongoing “pulse” of innovation.
